Gina, has been less than pleasing. Her attitude towards customers is appalling. I agreed for a full duct cleaning and coil cleaning after they came out THREE times for the same furnace issues. My children came down with the flu over the weekend so I needed to cancel and call back to reschedule when they are better. She called me at 8am today with the nastiest attitude. Chris Andrews was the tech that came out to find out what was going on with our Amana PTAC unit. Not only was he extremely professional and detailed with diagnosing the issue (sensor), but he got along great with our 5 dogs. Highly recommend!!
