We have been using Aire Serv for almost 20 years. For the most part, they've been pretty good. The last 2 times we've had them out for service, they didn't put things back together, and we had to have them immediately back out. This makes me wonder what else they have been missing, or just not doing. Add on continuing pressure to up sell us on services, and we will likely be looking for alternatives

AireServ is a terrific company. Their staff and technicians are great communicators and truly care about providing quality service with fair, honest pricing. Technician Dalton was incredibly knowledgeable, dependable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail and weighed the pros and cons of different approaches. The owner has tremendous integrity and it is reflected throughout his entire company, from the staff they hire to the work they do on a daily basis. Highly recommend!
After having multiple issues with our new air conditioning unit Dalton showed up. He took the time to locate the actual problem and not just find a quick fix. He explained the problem and how it needed to be fixed. Dalton showed extreme professionalism and pride in his job. I highly recommend Dalton for HVAC needs.
