My husband and I have been customers with Air Serv for several years. We are very satisfied with their service. They have exceptional customer service among all of the staff members. They are courteous, professional and punctual. They always offer products that are useful for our needs. We are so blessed to be with such a considerate and sympathetic company. They really take good care of us! We appreciate their outstanding service!
We just had a humidity problem with our new furnace. We called Aire Serve who installed it 2 1/2 years ago. The tech (Joe Jester) came out on time and was very helpful, friendly, and full of knowledge. After he checked the entire system out he found a dip switch in the wrong position. We were running about 64% humidity and after he left we are in the 47-52% range. The system now runs better than ever thanks to Joe. A five star tech and a five star company!
