They have terrible service since being bought over. In July they pressured me to replace my heat pump after checking, several times, why my AC kept crapping out. The next day after replacement it stopped working. Turns out here was a short in the 2nd zone circuit/component. So I really didn't need a new heat pump. My heat pump stopped working on the coldest day of the year, on a Friday. I asked for Emergency Service but they could not service me until after the weekend.
