Job took a little longer than expected but it was excellent work. Matt the lead on the job took extra good care of us. We will definitely have them out again.
Update: After not coming when scheduled 6 times(!) since last fall, they finally got an appointment right last week (though there was still a confusing text sent at 6:38am that a technician was on the way, when our appt. was not till that afternoon). I appreciate that they are trying to get this fixed, and all the technicians they send have been great.
Today, Corbin Holzner diagnosed my house’s HVAC system. He was a total pro, with incredible technical and people skills. Thank you Corbin!
They get the appointment time wrong Every. Single. Time. If we were not waiting on them to do a duct cleaning (offered for free with their HVAC installation), we would not hire them. They have messed up our schedules 6 times now.
