The Aire Serve team installed a new HVAC unit in our second level. Nick was the sales rep who helped price and lay out the plan and process, including expectations. He was friendly and informative. They quickly scheduled us for the following week and even though the days were hot, the team worked early morning to afternoon. They were done a day earlier than expected. Generic private equity slop. I called about my ac unit not cooling. The tech arrived and saw my unit from the van when pulling up. As he was walking to the house he was criticizing the brand of unit and how he knows its junk before even looking at it. He proceeds to look at the indoor and outdoor unit. He did find a genuine leak from a degraded evaporator coil. The quote to repair exceeded $8000. And conveniently I was scheduled for a full system estimate the next day. Called Aire Serv in an emergency, as our AC unit chose to die at weather’s peak of +90F. They were able to get us on the schedule in 24 hrs. and our service tech. Mitch fixed the capacitor on our unit in less than 1 hr. My family of five and I were more than grateful to Aire Serv and Mitch for the quick inspection, repair of our unit, and fair priced service. Will definitely make them my 1st choice for future needs.

The service technician assigned (Dallas) was very efficient, informative, professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and what our issue was and was able to resolve our issue within an hour. Very satisfied with the service level and will absolutely call them again for any of our HVAC needs.
