I have to say that from June until I was able to get my work completed, Sylinea Rigano was absolutely AMAZING! She tried everything under the sun to help find financing for my project. Having no heat this time of year is no fun! In the process of looking for a HVAC company, I came across Aire Serv. From the 1st phone call (with Heather), I felt Aire Serv would do right by me and they did. The 1st Tech (Eric) that came out a few hours after I called, was kind and got right to work. He was able to diagnose the issue (faulty gas valve) and because I'm in new construction, he took the time to check if the part was under warranty (it was). I had Clay the sales designer come out and tell me all the options for my system that needed replacing. He was honest and recommended only replacing the heat instead of the entire unit. The installers we polite and respect of my property. They worked with diligence and explained everything to me after. The pricing was better than with most other companies

Bryson Bean, the service rep. was knowledgeable, on time, pleasant and gave us various options for repair. We were satisfied with the outcome due to it being on Christmas day. Bryson was able to set up an appointment tomorrow to hopefully get a new heating system installed. Keeping our fingers crossed!🙏🏽🙏🏽

Great experience all around! Jim came out to give me a quote on a new system. He was awesome, really listened, and gave me options that fit my individual needs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Technicians Aaron and Logan were super friendly, respected my house, cleaned up everything, and just had a real understanding of the A/C sytem they were installing. They explained all the work they did and the maintenance required for up keep. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the team at Aire Serv!
