I have to say that from June until I was able to get my work completed, Sylinea Rigano was absolutely AMAZING! She tried everything under the sun to help find financing for my project. I had Clay the sales designer come out and tell me all the options for my system that needed replacing. He was honest and recommended only replacing the heat instead of the entire unit. The installers we polite and respect of my property. They worked with diligence and explained everything to me after. The pricing was better than with most other companies

Having no heat this time of year is no fun! In the process of looking for a HVAC company, I came across Aire Serv. From the 1st phone call (with Heather), I felt Aire Serv would do right by me and they did. The 1st Tech (Eric) that came out a few hours after I called, was kind and got right to work. He was able to diagnose the issue (faulty gas valve) and because I'm in new construction, he took the time to check if the part was under warranty (it was). I called Aire Serv for my 5 year old heater that stopped working one week after it was repaired 🤔 by another company. Mitch Wessell came out throughly trouble shooted my unit which was not an easy task after another company jerry ridged it 👎 He tested every component and welcomed my input regarding the turn of events up to when the unit stopped working. On Wednesday morning my heater went down. I called Aire Serv and in 3 hours Dallas Winkelman service tech showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He did a great job and took care of it. The temperature in Delaware were in the single digits... im very happy with there service. I signed up for there Maintenance Service. Just a month ago I purchased a new Hot water heater which im glad I did. The old one began to leak... badly. Im very happy with AireServ... Definitely have my business.
