Great experience all around! Jim came out to give me a quote on a new system. He was awesome, really listened, and gave me options that fit my individual needs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Technicians Aaron and Logan were super friendly, respected my house, cleaned up everything, and just had a real understanding of the A/C sytem they were installing. They explained all the work they did and the maintenance required for up keep. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the team at Aire Serv!
Alina, Heather and Jess in office were all awesome and Rich has done a few services for us in our home and we could not be happier with this company and his services. He was super nice and knowledgeable and even answered the billions of questions I had along the way. We would recommend to everybody we know and look forward to continuing using Aire Serv in the future as well!

The Aire Serv staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. They know how to root cause issues and spend the time to do the job well, even if it takes more time out of their day. A gent who came out to service my house most recently identified that my system was set to the wrong blower speed based on unit size since the house was set up. After addressing the speed and refilling the system with the appropriate amount of coolant, the system is now blowing out the coldest air it has since I've lived in the home.
