Josh, our service tech, explained everything in detail after doing a maintenance check on our AC. I appreciated his promptness and the call that he was on his way with a photo provided. He immediately covered his shoes before entering our home and spent approximately an hour doing a thorough check of our system. He answered every question and gave us his opinion on each one asked. A very kind and personable young man with manners and respectful, so a thumbs up to Josh, and thanks!
I did not have to wait long to get my new air and heating system. I was very appreciative of the quick service and the professionalism. They were just wonderful people and so very very nice. Aire Serv of Memphis helped us get our AC back up and running and replaced the hot water heater that was leaking! Pierre was really thorough to diagnose the issue with our AC unit and got it working quickly. Josea and Jahair installed our broken water heater in no time and kept everything clean in the process.
