Well we gave them a second chance, and this time was worse than the first. Thursday they said they came by and no one answered. We have 4 dogs and we work from home, no one came by, there was not one bark heard lol. But i let that lie go, and they said they would be back out Friday afternoon. Well we waited, and waited got a txt message at 4:45 saying they were on their way, pic of the tech and all. By 7pm it became obvious they werent coming , again. Back to back No call No shows. Denzell did an amazing job getting my heating system working. He explained everything very clearly and even pointed out a potential problem that needed fixing.
Everyone was so helpful. My HVAC unit suddenly stopped heating It was fixed within two hours of me calling to schedule the appointment. My technician, Devin, was professional and quickly repaired my unit. Thank you!!
