Called Aire Serv out to do an annual inspection. The technician broke the schrader valve when he went to check the system pressure (I was there and watched him break it taking the cap off with channel lock pliers). He then turn around and said that he needed to replace it and that it would cost ME $300. Yeah, I did NOT pay it. Now, all the refrigerant has leaked out and unit isn’t cooling.
