The technician James is to be commended on a job well done! It was at my mother’s home and she said he was polite and professional. She mentioned she never saw anyone else who serviced her air conditioner during the maintenance agreement do so much cleaning and checking so thoroughly. Please acknowledge him for a job well done.
While I was working offshore my AC went out at my home with my teenage son in it by himself. I called them at 5am and by 8:00am they had it fixed.
100% remarkable service from the first phone call until the tech left my house!
They were very professional, prompt and very respectful. Brian explained everything they were going to do. Densel and Christian did a great job and were so polite, and professional! Brian came next day to supervise the job. I’m very satisfied with everything they did!
