Once again, Aire Serv of Katy came through for me. They have been my service company since around 1995. I have an older heat pump and smart thermostat that are both now out of warranty and more difficult/expensive to work on. Technician Steve has the experience and expertise required to get it working again if at all possible. BAM. He did it again!
