They scheduled the service appointment very quickly, and kept me apprised of the expected arrival of the technician. He took the time to educate me (as a new owner) to the HVAC & thermostat functioning. Their services came through my home warranty so pricing was not a factor.

We have been using Aire-serv of Kalamazoo for many years. We appreciate their quick and complete care of our furnace. Zach has been our tech for the last two years. He is very polite, knowledgeable and explains things well. If you are in need of HVAC service, please consider them. Very satisfied customer...

Brett was our service technician, and my husband and I were very pleased with his thoroughness. He took time to make sure we knew how to clean the furnace filter/get the door back in place, and was very easy to understand.
