Prompt, friendly, professional. Went above and beyond in solving the problem and getting ir running.
Lance did an amazing job! Was able to come out and get my air working!! He diagnosed the issue within in 15 minutes and got me up and running in under an hour. Definitely needed it with this heat wave.

We ,unfortunately, had our HVAC replaced by Peterman Brothers prior to learning about Aire Serv of Greenwood. After three years of issues with them, I had the blessing of meeting Melissa with Aire Serv. When I told her what was going on she was very kind, educational, and understanding. She immediately sent out one of her techs, Erik Ellis, the next business day. Erik followed suit with Melissa. He was also very kind, educational, and THOROUGH!
