Instead of fixing my issue they were more concerned with selling me products that I didn’t need instead of providing customer service. A bunch of con artists. Definitely choose another company that is more concerned with fixing your issues instead of selling you something.
I was scheduled for a 12:00 appointment today for an estimate. No one showed up nor called to give me an update. I called them back at 12:30 for an update as to what was going on. I was told that she would contact the tech to find out what was going on and the tech would reach back out to me. That never happened so instead of calling back for the second time, I will just use another company. No communication =No business.
I had Bernard and Tony come to my home when the heating unit upstairs went out. Both of the gentlemen are extremely professional and kind. I was very happy with the work they did and would have them in my home again anytime. Thank you Aire Serv for sending these two to me.
On time, very professional and very thorough. Anthony was a breath of fresh air as he took his time and looked at everything top to bottom, inside and out.
