This was an extremely fast process. The sales associate Nick met with us on Saturday morning. Explained everything thoroughly. We placed the order that day. Install was 3 days later on Wednesday. I believe there were 3 techs, a contractor to help with our attic steps and an electrician. They all worked diligently in what I am sure was a cramped space. All were super nice and fun to talk to. It really was a pleasure. I recommend highly.
Tom came out for my yearly heating service. He was punctual and very friendly, professional, and informative. He took his time, and explained everything and didn’t make me feel rushed. As usual, Air-Serve did not disappoint. Thank you for the great service.
Darren was on time and a quick worker. He offered maintenance and appropriate upgrade suggestions.
