Good customer service... but the new unit that was installed does not work. Techs came out about 7 times over the course of a year trying to fix it without success. Had to call in another company.
An AI named Nathan takes all the calls. All of them. So it takes time to get a human. I finally got someone and she gave me a quote, asked about install dates. Said they need half down. Well, I said I’d get another quote. They sent 1/2 down invoice, didn’t pay it. Got a better quote. I was shocked she then ordered the part and sent the installers. Had a great experience from start to finish! Communication was fast and easy, the techs were polite and explained everything as they went. Great service!
