Our fairly new a/c unit stopped working on July 4th - one of the hottest weekends of the year. I called them that afternoon when I realized there was an issue. They had someone out very early the next morning for a quick and reasonably priced fix for our unit - it needed a new capacitor!
Knowledgeable and very nice.
Good customer service... but the new unit that was installed does not work. Techs came out about 7 times over the course of a year trying to fix it without success. Had to call in another company.
An AI named Nathan takes all the calls. All of them. So it takes time to get a human. I finally got someone and she gave me a quote, asked about install dates. Said they need half down. Well, I said I’d get another quote. They sent 1/2 down invoice, didn’t pay it. Got a better quote. I was shocked she then ordered the part and sent the installers.
