Charleston and Summerville locations are now permanently closed. I wish they left a voice recording and provided this information on their social media and a website. It took me 2 days to figure it out by calling all national numbers I could find. Need to find another reliable company :((

I had services done a couple years ago so I attempted to reach out for repair. I called every number listed over 70 times in 2 days getting the same message, "your call is important to us call back later". Since I couldn't get anyone on the phone I attempted to go to a listed address for the business, an hour away from my home, and the business didn't exist at the location and no other options were listed. I went to the website and left a message through their directive and a week later have yet to receive a call or email. T... read more
