Joe Martinez, my service tech, had a job before mine that lasted 9 hours. Still he got to my house at 6:30 pm. and had my problem repaired by 7! Both of us were very happy my A/C was a simple fix! New service review. Dale wheeler was my tech this time. He installed an expanded air quality system on my a/c today. He came early and was finished in less than hour. Very happy! New service review. Adrian installed a new capacitor in my a hvac system. Glad to have it. Good job.
They did great figuring out my hot water heater! Main board finally gave out. Got it replaced under warranty. Couldn’t be happier! Call these guys!
Very happy with this company! We had an issue we weren’t happy with so I called and talked to Emmy in the office who is the sweetest person and she sent out technician Mark and the situation was taken care of. Mark explained everything in terms I could understand and gave us options for a solution to our problem. Great team to work with, my frustrations were definitely heard and addressed. Thank yal!
