Casey was our hero today! Our outside unit went out last night & I called early this morning, left a message & Emmy contacted me right away, got it scheduled & within a few hours Casey was at my home fixing our issue! Took less than a hr for him to fix the issue & make everyone happy. All in all GREAT service all around from everyone!

We discovered our ac wasn't working very late at night. We called around 1:30 AM to Airserve . They had someone out sround .10Am that same day. Marc was our serviceman. He put coverings over his shoes before he entered our home, which really impressed me. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He worked quickly and had our air back on within an hour. The service call wasn't bad either as far as the cost. I would highly recommend them.
