Excellent service. I had water in the pan, not draining due to a clogged drain pipe. The service tech checked everything, inside and outside the house and found the problem and was able to get the water draining again. Very pleased with the service provided.

Our AC unit started to leak down into our ceiling. I called and the woman on the phone was so sweet and efficient. The representative, Marc, communicated so well and reassured me through cleaning, draining, drying, and checking multiple times. He even removed the damaged insulation. He went above and beyond with explanations. I will continue to receive services long term with this company.

So many thanks to Marc for getting out to our house today on a Sunday to get our AC repaired and running. We called Aire Serv this morning and had an appointment scheduled. Marc did a great job on getting back up running and cooling down. I am so grateful for the customer service AireServ showed.
