Aire Serv was at my home in 12 hours after I made an online request for service. The diagnosis of a bad compressor on a 15 year old unit was made. There was no pressure from Aire Serv to do anything. We knew we would need a new unit sooner rather than later and made the decision to purchase one on the spot. Aire Serv was back with the heat pump the following morning, and we were cooling off in less than 24 hours from the first contact. Great folks and great service.
