They came and installed a new heat pump unit that has never quite worked right. The air that came out was never really much warmer or cooler than the current temp in the house. When it got cooler, the heat would only work when we put it in aux mode despite only getting down to 40 outside. We had tried to get them to come look at it several times, each time having to call for weeks and weeks before getting a response. Larry was on time even though I was not. It awesome hanging out with him while he was diagnosing and fixing the problems that were going on!!
