After going through 3 HVAC service companies, replacing 3 A/C coils, a main compressor unit, and 4 zone controllers over a 7 year period, we have finally found a company that understands our system and has it working properly. Thank you Don Hatcher and Dylan of Aire Serv of Aggieland. We can now give away the window unit we used every time the main system went out!

I became a customer with Air Serv when my heater went out. They were the onl company in Brazos county that would even give me a day or time of when their next tech was available. It was 2 days out. every other company was a next week maybe answer. They called back that night and got a person out to me after hours that night. Fixed it on the spot. i have been using them since and their rates have been comparable or better than the competitors consistently. Any repair prices are upfront and affordable.

Aireserv recently (last year) installed three new heating and airconditioning units in my home. The price was right, the installation was perfect and the service I have received since has been incredible. Any request I make is acknowledged and addressed at once. I asked for a consultation for conditioning a porch I plan to enclose and the owner was there the next day exploring every option to accomplish this at the least effort and cost to me. Air serve has been my air-conditioning team for the last 4 to 5 years. Their technicians are very qualified in all aspects of A/C and heating systems operation and repair.
