I cannot say strongly enough that I would use literally anybody else. Full breakdown- we went through a local business that contracted out with them to install a mini-split. They were fast to get it installed and ready to turn on once the electrical was done. However, there was an error in the wiring, which caused the motherboard to fry when the unit was turned on. Aire Serv of Jonesboro replaced our 15 year old unit in March. Waited 3 months to rate this company because the main selling point was the new unit could reduce electric bill by as much as 40% . The unit has lived up to the hype. Our bills have been $30 - $40 lower each Month. Also very pleased with the professional installation. They were on time and on budget. Cleaned up after work was done and each employee was very professional. We will recommend Aire Serv of Jonesboro to all of our family and friends.
