I purchased my furnace and AC from this company several years ago and use them annually for the maintenance of both, with great satisfaction (Mark is a terrific technician...very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough). I would recommend Aire One North.
I just had my air conditioning fan motor and module replaced and Mark our technician was extremely professional. He explained the diagnostic in detail and promptly came the day the parts arrived. He was very thorough and professional and I highly recommend Mark to do your repairs. I will definitely be asking for Mark to come back to do my furnace maintenance in the fall.
Very professional. Arrived within two hours on a Friday afternoon.Diagnosed the problem as being the fan motor. And made a Temporary fix and he would order another one which he would have on Monday. Followed up on Saturday saying the part was ordered and as soon as he got it on Monday he would call and replace the defective fan. He arrived on Monday and replaced the defective one. I certainly will have him (Air One) back again One hundred percent satisfied with work done. RB
I recently had Aire One North install a new furnace and heat pump, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
I was preparing to leave on a trip. Two days before the trip, on the weekend, the water heater sprang a leak. Aire One had installed the water heater, as well as an air conditioner in 2014. When I called Aire One they didn't have any technicians available to do the work right away and suggested I call someone else. I called another company who sent a representative over.
