Yesterday I had my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced. Everyone from Peggy, who runs the office, Henry, the owner who came out and quoted, to installers, Mansour and his partner, they all are pleasant, experienced, and efficient. The price was reasonable and everyone did their jobs perfectly. I recommend this company. The process was painless and quick.
The minute I had an issue, they were on the phone with me discussing alternatives and up things I could do. In the end they were able to come out and fix the problem quickly.
I trusted my business to Aire One after our previous provider went out of business. The team at Aire One have been professional, knowledgeable, efficient, quick to respond and go above and beyond to make sure our heating and cooling system is in top shape. I highly recommend you give them a call.
Michael has not only fixed the furnace, he completely changed the way the heating system was working. He is a true expert in heating and cooling systems. Highly recommended!
Avoid This Company – Unprofessional and Deceptive Pricing If you want to get overcharged and misled, this is the company to call. I initially contacted them to inspect my unit at my business. Over the phone, I was quoted $79, which seemed like a great deal. However, after the inspection, I was informed that the $79 only covered 30 minutes, and I was required to pay for a minimum of one hour, pushing the cost over $200—something they never disclosed upfront.
