Tarinder Singh was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable
terrible experience. Installation was a disaster. I was asked permission to cut a hole in the ceiling, which I gave. There was sound baffling over where the hole was and it would be easy to cover. No, these geniuses cut THROUGH the baffling instead of removing it first. That would be like cutting through a TV to get to the wall. They basically shrugged when I confronted them about it. I called Aire one at 7:45 p.m on Thursday as our furnace wasn’t working and the temperature in the house was 13 degrees. After the woman took my information she said she had no time line but assured me someone would call me the same day. I received no phone call, the temperature dipped to 6 degrees in our home. I received a text message the next morning saying someone could come by between 9-10 a.m. I politely declined.
