Seems like the company was sold a few years ago. Purchased a furnace and A/C 10 years ago and had amazing service and support for years. Until recently. Called several times with no calls back. Waited all afternoon for them to perform a scheduled furnace inspection and didn’t show up. Again, unable to speak with anyone and no call back. Would NOT recommend this company.

This has nothing to do with the company exactly. Yesterday two of their workers driving their work vehicle hit my husband and I while we were stopped at a red light. They were smiling and made it seem like it was no big deal “sorry, that’s how accidents happen” when asking for their information so we could report it the driver has no clue about anything, he got on the phone with his boss and handed my husband the phone.
