I was pleased by the service, however I am not sure if we really needed a replacement of our Carrier furnace. We have never had any issues even during extremely cold winter months! Yesterday as spring is approaching we had a bathroom renovation project start up. As demolition began, I realized to shut down the furnace as not harm the performance of the furnace due to dust .
