Brian and the person the lady who answer the phone were so nice and helpful. I felt like they were very honest and straightforward. I would highly recommend.
Would happily do business with these guys again. They came through with parts for me to fix my inducer fan on my furnace. The part was a bit more than I was expecting to pay but that's the fine price of the service and convience you pay for. The gentleman I spoke with even gave me a few tips that helped me in my journey to completing the job a step up from your average DIY person. I wouldn't have heat in my home without these guys. Outstanding service and support.
I called everywhere trying to find a blower for my furnace but no one had it or would sell to me. Then I called Aire-Flo HVAC Parts in Murray and talked to Brian, who was awesome. He spent a ton of time helping me figure out the info on my furnace so he could find the exact part I needed. Haven't used these guys for a couple of years, but incomplete the past I used them , and they were very honest, and professional. I recommend them always when people ask me for my opinion.
