My experience with Metro energy savers was a positive one. Their technicians are very respectful, very punctual and very thorough. A personal thank you to Jesse and the crew who came and did my install, for an amazing job. I am comforted knowing that I know of a company who is honest and reliable.

This company installed a new AC unit in my house a few years ago. I believe it was March 2012. Since the install they have had to come out several times to fix the unit due to poor installation. I have never been charged for the service calls, and they act like they're doing me a favor by fixing something that they did not install correctly. The dates of the visits are 9/26/12, 4/25/13, 7/7/13 and 6/1/15. I called Metro Energy Savers on behalf of my father when he needed an ac repair. I had used them myself when living in Arlington and knew they would look after him. They did, he was very pleased with the service.

We had Metro Energy Savers install a brand new air conditioning unit just over a month ago. A couple of days ago there was an issue with it, so we called them back to ask them to look at it. It was a very minor ac repair, and was actually something my husband had done, and no fault of the company's. Maybe the husband will leave it alone now.

I called MES a week ago to take a look at my elderly mother's air conditioner. She's never one to complain, but, I knew the ac had been malfunctioning and wanted to make sure she was comfortable in the heat. She was extremely happy with the young man MES sent to her apartment. He had the ac repair done quickly, got the ac working as good as new, and apparently she knew an aunt of his.

My husband called in MES last week to look at our air conditioner. I can't tolerate the current heat, so it is very important that our ac is running properly. MES showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, and didn't cost too much either.

Good customer service will always keep me going back. MES has always provided me with wonderful customer service. They have performed an ac repair for me, and I schedule them to do maintenance on my ac regularly.

Metro Energy Savers came to do a heating repair on our furnace last winter. Our furnace was rather old, so we were expecting to be told we'd need a new one. MES did the repair and told us the furnace would probably last until next winter. It did last all winter, so we're saving for a new one and we'll have them install it.
