If I could give this place less than one star, I would! The only thing worse then their lack of customer service is their lack of experience doing hair! This place has people running the show that could care less about what goes on. My daughter called 7 TIMES (no exaggeration, it was 7 times) to get a make up appointment with Regina for both us for the morning of her baby shower that was last Saturday.
