John was polite , and very efficent doing his job , showed me the videos of the trunk shaft that he cleaned. And most of all he was a really respectfull and polite , with some humor.... outstanding expierence.

John, the technician was on time, which is not so common today. Upon arrival, we walked the house so I could show him where all vents & returns were located. He explained what needed to be done very professionally, then went right to work. I highly recommend John & Air Duct Specialists.
