The house I bought dates back to the 1940's, or earlier, and I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned. I became aware of how bad they were after I dropped something and had to pull the grate. I can't even begin to describe the yuck I saw under it. I remembered a coupon I'd seen online and called for an appointment asap! The guys came out, checked out the vents, trunks, etc., and told me what any additional fees would be before they even started. The people were very considerate and did an awesome job. The process was new to me so I did not know what to expect. I could see the dedication in their work. I was suprised and very pleased by the amount of time spent on cleaning.
