The technician John, was able to diagnose and repair my a/c unit all in the same day! Excellent work and very much appreciated!
The worst company ever. Very rude and I’m so upset my warranty sent me this company. I should have done more research so I could change it from the beginning. Technician did not come prepared. Claimed he fixed something the solution was not fixed and then said there were more issues and when he came back he was clueless on what he was tasked to do. This company is a scam never work with them. On top of that they will take forever to answer the phone.
