I had been more than a month without heat due to the incompetence and lack of communication skills with this company. They took 2 visits to determine the System needed replacement. Then forever to actually replace it. It stopped working a week after the install. Then 2 or 3 more visits to diagnose only to tell me the issue is the wiring between the condenser and air handler( they used to old wiring by the way from a 50 year old unit instead of replacing everything). 3 more visits with each tech saying the same thing. The worst experience ever. I would not recommend this company.
Recently used this company to do a diagnostic on Lennox pkg unit installed by them 4 years ago. My heater stopped working and unit still under warranty. Got 125$ charge for diagnostic fee, has been told control board was bad. Agreed to pay $300 for control board replacement because it was 60F outside... (again, unit still under warranty and control board should be free under warranty parts replacement and takes 5 minutes to be replaced). Called the company this morning because my ac stopped working. It was a very hot day and a very hot night! I was SO happy to hear that they were sending a technician out THIS very afternoon. I am so sorry that I didn't get the young man's name, he was so helpful. Found the problem right away ( i needed a new capacitor), had one on the truck and the ac is running again! He went upstairs to check all the vents and made sure everything was in order. I have never received service this quick. Figured I was in for at least a week ... read more
