Extremely rude and had no customer service, was late without any explanation or call. Stayed five minutes, said my unit pressure was fine and left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. HomeServe dispatched them and it was a disaster from start to finish. They said they were 15–20 minutes away and showed up almost two hours later. The technician then falsely claimed my HomeServe warranty only covered labor, which I immediately confirmed was a not true by calling HomeServe directly.
