So good! I got deep tissue from Sarah and she was so strong. She definitely worked out some tough spots. I have 2 boys under 10 and they were raving about their experience, too.
Best massage in Airdrie. As an ultra runner it’s hard to get the right balance between therapeutic work and relaxation. Ayanna is a pro and someone I highly recommend.
I really enjoyed the deep tissue massage and the convenience of being able to book a massage same day. The massage therapist was professional and spent more time working on me to make sure I was good. She was whiplash and injury informed so she was able to handle me with care, and it showed in her training and in her frequent check ins. I am looking forward to coming back.
I very much recommend service. I work on my feet all day, and show up after the odd workout. I allways leave refreshed and tuned up. I highly suggest seeing Sarah.
