Dr. Pinnell and staff have been nothing but exceptional. Fast response times. On top of my case with the FAA and were able to get me back into the air quickly. If you’re hunting for an AME whether it’s a normal, or complicated case. They will be able to take care of you.
Easy to get scheduled and everything was straightforward and easy to understand. Dr. Pinnell was able to answer all my questions and and got me my Special Issuance First Class Medical Certificate in a very timely manner. Highly recommended, especially if you have a special issuance case. This guy is very experienced and can help you navigate the process.
I have tried to schedule a third class medical as an existing patient/pilot since March and still no response and zero flexibility to be seen. Extremely disappointed and will be forced to look for another physician for all future medical exams
Horrible communication and customer service. Front office workers are rude and will do everything they can to avoid actually helping you without you paying them an insane amount of money.
Dr. Pinnell is the best and most knowledgeable person to get your FAA physical from in the state hands down.
