Would not recommend. Poor communication. Will not show up or follow through with repairs. Sold us a defective unit,ordered parts that I had to go pick up, held the other parts till the warranty expired. Constantly lied about coming to repair the unit. All my business will be with ASC in Franklin from now on, they stand behind what they do.
I just saw this, and i don't know what's going on but I never gave this company a review. I've shopped there only a few times and never had a problem. Everything I've gotten from them has always been spot on and also with help from the older guy behind the counter giving me advice on what probably be the problem if what got didn't fix the problem.
One of the few places in town who will sell you a part for your furnace. I needed a new heat sequencer for my old Coleman furnace and the place I used to go won't sell small parts anymore and Amazon was going to take a week. Airdale had what I needed and it was only $15. The guy at the counter threw in the spade connectors I needed for free. Super friendly service and I learned a few things. Definitely recommend.
