Very poor service. I’m not saying they are crooks, just that their practices are a little shady.
Order was placed for 20 items. This order was split into two shipments. Shipment for box 1 containing 15 items arrived without issue. Box #2 with 5 items does not arrive and I receive an email from UPS stating "seller requested return of package." I call Aircraft Spruce cust service to find out what's going on, and I'm told that UPS is being 'wonky' lately and that the box is coming back and that i'm going to be charged the shipping on it for ~$20.
