Aircor has been a great company to deal with from the first phone call, back in April 2016. Hard to believe, 10 years has gone by so quickly. Same great customer service and super reliable furnace and air conditioner.
Zack and his crew responded quickly and inexpensively. The furnace is up and running.
Had Aircor back to address a furnace short-cycling issue following a tune-up. The recommended work did not resolve the problem. Workmanship was sloppy, with poor communication and lack of care for our home (property damage, mess, incomplete cleanup). Aircor acknowledged the experience fell short and offered to return and correct the work at no cost, which I appreciate, but I was not comfortable proceeding further due to loss of trust.
