Aircor will always be who I go to for my HVAC needs. Friendly service, and they always give you options instead of just trying to sell you something brand new. Zack put in my furnace 10 years ago and it's still going strong.
Aircor was awesome to deal with. My water heater wasn’t working right, they came out, figured out the issue right away and got it replaced. The whole process was quick and smooth, and the new one’s been working great ever since. Super professional but also easy to talk to, I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right.
I hired Aircor to install my new AC unit this summer. The service was very professional, high quality and at a great price. The owner Zack came out to my home in Kitchener. Very bad experience by calling a technician from Aircor Ltd. on August 20th 2025 to diagnose the issue with the furnace in my house. Before calling the technician I was told over the phone the diagnostic fees of $99 plus tax. and was not told that the technician will also charge for time spent at the site. Which I end up giving $49.50 plus tax in addition to the $99 plus tax diagnostic fees. Plus the technician made a hole in the shape of a square box around 10*5 inches in the furnace. thus damaging the furnace. After being ... read more
