Two men came from this company to assess if I was losing heat through the ducts. The arrived on a rainy day with no shoe covers and one had a bad cough. I supplied them masks and shoe covers. As soon as they arrived, I contacted Joanna Ben (VP), because they were not addressing the issue I called them here to address. They never checked the ducts.
