It's been six months since this company installed a 4ton unit they recommended to "upgrade" a machine that was working well for 11 years in an effort to improve efficiency, since installation we haven't had a single day that the thermostat reached the goal temperature, it is so hot the kids wake up at night. Now they've been looking for the problem charging me $180 for every visit to tell me I need to "upgrade" the unit to 5ton for additional $7K!
