At first, my home warranty insurance refused to cover it, but thanks to technician Marc, it was taken care of. He knew exactly how to communicate with the warranty company and was able to get the repair fully approved and covered — which saved me a lot of stress and money. Marc the technician was very thorough and honest with everything. We had some water coming from part of our furnace, he was able to easily identify and fix it and he also gave me a complete walkthrough on year furnace maintenance and what I as a homeowner can do for myself to keep up with things. He checked out our air conditioner outside as well for good measure. I woke up on a cold morning with no heat. From the initial call to the completed repair, my experience with Aircon Heating & Cooling Services was excellent.
