We had Jesse come out after being told for the last 1.5 years by others that we just need to keep resetting the unit when it stopped working (literally every other day). He said that it wasn't normal to have to do that and took the time to try and find the problem before we went away later that week so it wouldn't be uncomfortably hot upon our return. AirCom Heating & Cooling is the BEST Hvac company I dealt with recently. Unfortunately, my brand new heat pump at my condo was not working and after multiple attempts, even with the company that installed the unit, the technicians could not figure it out. After 5 weeks of stress and waiting and waiting, I finally reached out to the manufacturer of the unit who suggested AirCom. Five star service all around. Jesse was amazing. Very friendly and professional. Had a strange problem with my HVAC but the technician was able to figure it out and resolve the issue. My family is happy, we have heat again. I recommend this company.
