AirCom was founded in 1993 and consisted of only two family members, Wilfred and Egan Macaulay. Over the last 15 years, it has grown from a two-person operation with a modest customer base into a company that currently employs 25 professionals and have expanded our customer base to 130 businesses across the GTA. Jesse was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. We previously had Enercare technicians try to service our heat pumps but they weren’t trained as well as AirCom techs and would do too much, they’re water-sourced heat pump subject matter experts.
Aircom recently installed my 110 ton chiller at a plant I take care of. They were knowledgeable, punctual, professional. I was dealing with Jason and Patrick. Great guys. Went the extra mile for me during our start up. I highly reccomend Aircom!
Last friday, I had a technician from Aircon come to my condo and do a service on my heat pump. Arun Bola was fantastic, he came in and fixed lots of issues I didn't even know I had my system is running perfect now. Arun also waited 5 minutes for me to come home from work so he could walk me thought everything he changed. Amazing customer service.
