I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to Jesse for replacing the thermostat in my parents condo. We have struggled with previous carriers and he came in and fixed everything with such ease. He truly demonstrated the meaning of ‘Putting the Customer First’. We are leaving the previous carrier and now an AirCom customer for life. Thank you Jesse

If your technicians treat your customers how the drive, in a company car, STAY AWAY. 3 lanes closed on the 427 and every is merging, instead of letting people in this person was tailgating and flipping people off. When I got up next to him, he was cursing. It was traffic, relax. Honestly if this was someone in my company branded car acting like this at 10:30pm while everyone is just trying to merge, I would be embarrassed. I hope this doesn’t speak to how you treat your actual customers. Awful.

We had Jesse come out after being told for the last 1.5 years by others that we just need to keep resetting the unit when it stopped working (literally every other day). He said that it wasn't normal to have to do that and took the time to try and find the problem before we went away later that week so it wouldn't be uncomfortably hot upon our return. AirCom Heating & Cooling is the BEST Hvac company I dealt with recently. Unfortunately, my brand new heat pump at my condo was not working and after multiple attempts, even with the company that installed the unit, the technicians could not figure it out. After 5 weeks of stress and waiting and waiting, I finally reached out to the manufacturer of the unit who suggested AirCom.
