This is a cumulative review of the purchase of Aircom AC of Safety Harbor by Millian-Aire Enterprise of Hudson Florida. We have been a long-standing customer of Aircom for about 20 years. We have always purchased the maintenance program and have grown to expect friendly prompt service. We always dealt with Judy or Don Holland among many others all providing great service. Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Aircom. We originally wanted to have our dryer vent cleaned out. Two separate companies came out and could not clear it. The second company said there was some type of disconnect with vent before it hit the roof exit but were not sure where it was at. Both of these companies were no charge since they were unable to complete the job. I was then referred to Aircom and they came out as scheduled. They had told me over phone it was $79 for a visit plus cost of any repair. That was fine... read more

I called this company because they were local and had a good reputation. They were scheduled a couple days out, which I understand, it is summer a.k.a. air conditioning repair season. The technician arrived on time, explained the problem, and had everything fixed within the hour. No complaints.
