Once again our service was wonderful! Corey did a great job and we are all set for winter.
Trenton was great. He explained what he was doing and we had a great conversation on what ac's had the best seer rating and he left me a proposal for a new R454B refrigerant. Thanks EPA for your stupidity. So far all the techs that Airco has sent here have been great, better than the old company I was using. The price included being on their VIP program. Well worth it.
Alberto was informative explaining operations to be aware of during winter. Very polite and professional.
Chris arrived on time with a big smile and a great attitude. He found a sensor that had failed that the heat would come on. He called to see if it was available, found it, then made an appt. to get it installed. What more could you ask for. That is why l am on the Airco VIP program!
