Exceptional service from Chris today. Surpassed my expectations.
Service representative tried to tell me my unit was out of warranty. My unit has a life time warranty. Over charged the 99$ service cost then realized he over charged. Refunded my over charge. Now he says the wheel and motor needs replaced costing 650$. I'm getting a second opinion. Not happy. I feel like this company wants to charge for something that doesn't need repaired.
