Knowledgeable and very nice
AC condenser stopped working so I called Airco, having seen ads on KARK. Caleb came out for an inspection and discovered that the capacitor had gone bad. Luckily, he had one in his truck. Looking at the part and what was involved in swapping it out, I realized it was something I could easily do myself. I had him stop and asked him if I could get the part locally. He told me JB Supply in NLR would have it, so I called them. They had it, put it aside, and I picked it up for less than $30. The service call ended up costing me $... read more
