Great service and great and polite tech.
My experience with them was not good. They came twice for the same issue. The first the technician misdiagnosed the issue and had me spend over $800 for a part I didn't need. It didn't fix the leakage from furnace unit which was caused by a busted pipe. The second time, I got the correct diagnosis. However, when I asked about getting my money back for the part I was sold but didn't need, I was given the run around until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Polly and I were very pleased with AIRCO employee, Major Lloyd. He called before he came and was on time. He was very professional and proceeded to do our central heat cleaning already paid for. He was very thorough and told us of an issue that needed attention. An important part needed cleaning now. I asked the price and I thought well what now.
