I would not recommend anyone use Airco after my recent experiences. I purchased 2 new systems for my home thru them - both installed in accessible attic space. Based on their heavy handed recommendations we purchased the high efficiency systems with added filtration systems and even had them rework the return and assess the refrigerant lines to ensure everything was going to be top notch. Ac maintenance shouldn't be a pain in the butt. Waiting a couple months for a 25 minute service. Obviously not much was done. This doesn't seem to be a company that's trustworthy. Do you really want to follow them around to see if they're doing the work? Go ahead and complain to the company. Or don't waste your time.

I had previously bought a new AC unit from Airco in 2023 with a good experience. I called to replace my second unit or have it repaired and the guy just quoted the new unit for $9100 but would not give me an estimate after repeated calls and promises to do so on the repair of the old unit. I informed Chad Croote that I needed the information to make an informed decision in a timely manner after paying the $99 service call.
