The service technician was awesome. He did an excellent job with his work and was thorough. The inspection was very well done while explaining to me exactly what was going on and how he was doing it. I was completely impressed with his ability to know what he was doing while taking the time and effort to make sure he had everything correct. I requested that he comes back to our inspection next time.

We are so very pleased with the service we received with Airco today! Our hvac is about 3 years old and it stalled today. We called Airco and Joseph Saldana showed up in less than an hour - ON SATURDAY. He reset our unit and was out of here in less than 10 minutes. We learned we have 12 years service included in our plan! Highly recommend Airco.
They did fantastic! Above and beyond!
Joseph, the technician, has come to our house three times now to provide tuneup and service through our Airco service plan. He is very respectful, great with communication, and always leave things clean. Most importantly he’s good with my dog and makes sure he doesn’t accidentally get out while going between the inside controller and outside unit! ;)
