Tate is real good at CH&A problem solving. If you are not satisfied with the quality of part replacement, they will come back make it right.
The guys were professional and did a great job.
I gave them a 5 star because the tech was so confident he had solved the problem by cleaning the coil I am having to call them back out in the morning be cause with the stat set on 76 it will reach it night and early morning but in the afternoon it will get as high as 84 in the house with the ac running all day nonstop so cleaning the coils didn’t change anything I feel like that was 200 dollars plus tax wasted see what it cost for them to come back out
