I would give AirCo zero stars if I could. I have been a customer of theirs since 2018. They installed the new inside/outside unit in my house. I was told by them it was recommended to have the 6 month seasonal maintenance done. So I paid for the maintenances since the unit has been installed. TWICE now the unit has failed. The float device that is on the primary drain that is supposed to shut the unit off if too much condensation (water) is in the unit primary drain or if the drain gets too full, the unit is to shut off.
