4/26/22 UPDATED REVIEW: After calls and emails (back and forth with the collection agency) i decided to make a review here on Google. Within an hour or so i got a reply from the owner (see below). I also received a phone call from him and was very apologetic about the situation i had to endure during this time. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I don't even know where to start. I requested services from this shady company back in June of 2021 because i needed to be transported to the ER. Everything seemed to okay until they sent me to collections...i have a statement from this company telling me I owe $0 after i made the payment over the phone back on October of 2021. I got a letter from a collection agency so now I'm having to deal with this and can't get a resolution yet after almost 2 weeks because the collection agency ... read more
I used AirCare Ambulance this week to transport my husband to the ER. The dispatch was handled quickly and the pickup was when they predicted. The 2 gentlemen who took care of him were kind, gentle and professional. We were very impressed. They stayed with him in the ambulance bay until he was admitted. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thank you again
We used them a couple weeks ago to have our mother transported from an assisted living facility in Escondido to a skilled nursing facility in Vista. The 3 young men who showed up were very professional and careful while getting her from the bed to the gurney. She is unable to walk or stand and has very bad and painful rheumatoid arthritis. They were excellent and we were very pleased.
