DO NOT USE! Worst company for telecommunications. Calls can’t come in through my phone and it takes about a week to finally get a hold of someone then another week of them passing me around until finally someone can help. Clients constantly complain Their solutions are always with the device even though I haven’t had issues with my phone / other telecommunication companies. This is the worst phone app that I have ever used. For one, the quality is absolutely horrible. Our clients will often cut us off, or ask us to repeat things, because the quality is horrible. Aircall will blame your internet connection, and waste your time asking you to run diagnostics. I’m on Fiber internet? Apparently fiber's not a good enough connection. Calls will randomly drop, but ONLY on your end. The caller will talk and then wait and realize there is no response. It’s embarrassing. And now a potential client is anno... read more
