Outlet cover was not sealed against the gasket, a screw broke off so an alternate screw was placed next to it but it stripped out resulting in no physical connection on the bottom of the gfi plug. Owner of AirBoss responded to this post the next day and replaced all equipment- everything is working. I'm glad this contractor is responsive and accountable for their materials and services.
Our AirBoss experience was great! Promptly replaced our AC unit at a fair price. Came back to fix a clogged drain on another unit quickly. Prices were fair. Everyone I dealt with was very respectful and mannerly. Highly recommend!
We came down to our Rockport condo for a holiday weekend and noticed our AC inside was being very noisy. We called the Air Boss to see if they could help us or squeeze us in for a service call. Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they also arrived within 20 minutes! The technician did a thorough diagnostic and quickly serviced and adjusted our unit. Justin did an awesome job in this heat! I was released from the hospital only to find out the AC was not working. Since it was after hours, I opted for the next day. Justin arrived as quoted, found the problem and repaired the difficult problem in a very reasonable time frame. We were very happy to receive a ten percent veteran discount. Great experience with the very first time using them. My original Air Conditioner business ghosted me and did not respond. I am 73 years old with a rescue pup, so being cool in this weather is priceless! Their tech was amazing and now they have a new client! Win, win! Thank you
