Came out the same day I called. Unfortunately he had to order a part which took longer than expected. As soon as the part came in he was right back to install and got the unit up and running. I will use this company again if needed. The service tech was informative, polite and knew what he was doing.
Jason came out after normal business hours on a Friday evening and immediately diagnosed the problem. He explained things very well, resolved the issue, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Great job Airboss!!
It was hot for Victor working in the space above the art studio but the vents and insulation are in and we're confident the black mold will be gone, thanks Victor.
