Donald from AirBoss was great! I had a HVAC tech from a different company come out, and he said the the freon was gone from the unit probably due to a leak. He offered to replace the unit or try charging it with more freon - my choice. I opted to recharge with freon. The new freon was gone within a day. He overcharged me with both his labor rate and freon charges. I called AirBoss. Donald came out. He checked the system pressure, compressor functionality, and looked for a leak. Repairman arrived on time. Very courteous, knew exactly what to do. Did the repair neatly and in a timely fashion. The bill was very fair for the service given.
