Avoid them at all costs. I would put zero stars if I could. We rented a unit in Ascot WA back in 2021 and there was no instructions on how to adequately lock the back door. We had locked the back sliding door without a key using the latch. Late on Saturday 15th April 2021 a grown white male entered the premises and took our belongings which included our birth certificate, passports a laptop and car keys to our rental car as well as our car from home and a luxury hand bag.
